me paso lo mismo, tenia 2 pendientes, ahora el mínimo supuestamente son 6 y los retiros serán cada 14 días .

Hi dear members,
I am comming with some news regarding the delays, after our lattest meeting we have come with this new plan. Due the payment processors holding periods on the incomes we get from advertising and by the period of the majority of offerwalls to get paid, apeared this delays on payments. Also by removing the stepped cashout, we go invaded by $2 cashouts. Standard members from this moment will have the maximum cashout increased from $5 to $6.
Thats why are bringing some updates regarding payments rulles and changes. From this moment all minimum cashout will be stepped untilit reaches the maximum cashout, this means, how the Standard members have $6 maximum, then the minimum cashout will be $2 on first withdraw the 2nd will be $3, 3rd will be $4, 4th will be $5, 5th and the others will be set to $6. Regarding waiting period time between withdraw, they have been increase by 2-3-4-5 days on each membership. In order to start over there wont be any delete of payments / funds / refferals, we will only refund all pending payments and starting tomorow we will try to keep on the date all pending payments.
Including all this changes we want to reduce all the unexpected delays and reduce the waiting period of time on payments.
Many will judge us, but as all can see all ptc websites are closing down due the Paypal atacks and the high number of cheaters, but we try to do what we promissed to do.

Bellow i will introduce the changes :

Standard = min cashout: $2 $3, $4, $5, $6
Silver = min cashout: $2 $, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7, $8, $9, $10
Golden = min cashout: $2 $, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7, $8, $9, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30
Elite = min cashout: $2 $, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7, $8, $9, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45, $50, $60
Ultimate = min cashout: $2 $, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7, $8, $9, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $40, $45, $50, $60, $70, $80, $90, $100, $110, $120

Vengo con algunas noticias con respecto a los retrasos, después de nuestra reunión con leche, hemos venido con este nuevo plan. Debido a los procesadores de pago que mantienen períodos en los ingresos que recibimos de la publicidad y por el período de la mayoría de offerwalls para obtener el pago, apeared este retraso en los pagos. También retirando el Cashout escalonado, vamos invadido por $2 cashous. Los miembros estándar de este momento tendrán el máximo de reintegro aumentado de $5 a $6.
Es por eso que están trayendo algunas actualizaciones con respecto a los pagos fijas y cambios. A partir de este momento todo el mínimo Cashout será caminado untilit alcanza el máximo Cashout, esto significa, cómo los miembros estándar tienen $6 máximo, después el Cashout mínimo será $2 en primero retira el 2do será $3, 3ro será $4, 4to será $5 , 5 º y los otros se establecerán en $6. En cuanto al período de espera entre retirarse, se han incrementado en 2-3-4-5 días en cada membresía. Con el fin de empezar de allí no habrá ninguna cancelación de pagos/fondos/refferals, sólo se reembolsarán todos los pagos pendientes y a partir de mañana vamos a tratar de mantener en la fecha todos los pagos pendientes.
Incluyendo todos estos cambios queremos reducir todos los retrasos inesperados y reducir el tiempo de espera en los pagos.
Muchos nos juzgarán, pero como todos pueden ver todos los sitios web de PTC están cerrando debido a la ataques de PayPal y el alto número de tramposos, pero tratamos de hacer lo que nos propidió hacer.
